The services you buy and the appointments you make on this website are sold by vendors who advertise on this website and not by Ban Ram Ltd. Consequently, we are responsible only for making bookings on your behalf and not supplying services to you.

When booking services through our Website or our App, we collect funds and distribute to service vendors in line with our Vendor Terms and Conditions.

We are in no way liable for the service you receive from vendors and the contract remains between you and the vendor. We are in no way party to such contracts and therefore have no liability where such services do not meet expectations. However, quality of vendors is important to us and we are keen to know when a service has not met expectations. Our contact details can be found in our FAQs under Contact.

Prior to booking please ensure that you have checked any restrictions relating to a service.

Prior to your booking please ensure that any relevant medical/health information is made clear to the vendor.

Where you wish to cancel a booking, please ensure you do so at least Forty Eight hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before you complete any transactions via the Website or our App, as these will apply to your transaction. If you do not agree with these Booking Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Website or our App to make a booking.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. As we revise these from time to time we recommend you read them prior to making a booking.

In the event that you fail any fraud prevention check or credit check, we reserve the right to remove your access to the website and/or delete your account.

All vendors listed on this site are under a legal duty to provide services that confirm to all relevant legal or industry standards.

All services are subject to availability and bookings are not complete until vendors have confirmed that booking request.

Vendors have the right to make amendments to their prices or discounts at any time. Changes will not affect existing orders.

Where you have opted to Pay at Venue and do not turn up to that appointment, you are still liable to make payment to that business.

We do not accept any liability for the following types of loss: loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or waste of management or office time.

These Booking Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You and we each agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from, or related to, the ordering and/or supply of Services via the Website or our App.
